Serve Teams at 1Love Christian Church are for anyone who wants to use their gifts, skills, and time to serve the church family and our Boise community. Whether you are outgoing or quiet, creative or organized, hands-on or behind-the-scenes, there is a team where you can make a real difference.
Serving is one of the best ways to grow in faith, build relationships, and feel connected to the life of the church. You do not need to be an expert or have prior church experience. If you want to help and are willing to show up, there is a place for you.

Serve with Purpose and Joy
Hospitality & Greeters
Welcome guests and create a warm first impression every Sunday. A smile and a friendly greeting can change someone's entire experience.
Kids Ministry Support
Help children learn about Jesus in a safe, fun environment. Assist with teaching, crafts, games, and classroom care.
Tech & Media
Run sound, slides, livestream, and media for worship services. Tech-savvy or willing to learn, this team keeps everything running smoothly.
Setup & Teardown
Prepare the worship space before service and reset afterward. This behind-the-scenes team makes Sunday happen.
Events
Help plan and execute church events, gatherings, and special services. From setup to cleanup, every role matters.
Outreach
Serve the community and share the love of Jesus beyond our walls. Join local projects and make a difference in Boise.
Prayer
Pray with and for people during services and throughout the week. This quiet but powerful ministry is essential to everything we do.
Building & Grounds
Help maintain and care for our church facility and property. Keep our space clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
Behind-the-Scenes Support
Assist with administrative, organizational, and operational needs. Every detail you help with frees others to focus on ministry.
Coffee & Refreshments
Prepare and serve coffee and refreshments on Sundays. A warm cup and a kind word can make someone feel right at home.
