We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God. It is the complete revelation of God's will for humanity and the final authority in all matters of faith and practice. The Scriptures were written by human authors under the guidance and inspiration of the Holy Spirit, making them trustworthy and sufficient for teaching, correction, and spiritual growth.

Scripture references: 2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21; Psalm 119:105; Hebrews 4:12

We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things, sovereign over all creation, and the source of all life, love, and truth. He is perfect in His holiness, wisdom, power, and love. He is actively involved in the lives of His people and desires a personal relationship with every person.

Scripture references: Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; John 1:1–3; Colossians 1:16–17; 1 John 4:8

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, and willingly laid down His life on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all humanity. He was buried, rose bodily from the dead on the third day, and ascended into heaven where He now intercedes for His people. Jesus is the only way to salvation and will return again in glory.

Scripture references: John 1:1–14; John 14:6; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Philippians 2:5–11; Acts 4:12

We believe the Holy Spirit is God, co-equal with the Father and the Son. The Spirit convicts the world of sin, regenerates and indwells every believer at conversion, and empowers Christians to live a life that honors God. The Holy Spirit guides believers into truth, produces spiritual fruit, and distributes spiritual gifts for the building up of the church. We depend on the Spirit's power for effective ministry and daily living.

Scripture references: John 16:7–15; Acts 1:8; Romans 8:9–11; Galatians 5:22–23; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11

We believe God created humanity in His own image — male and female — with inherent dignity, value, and purpose. Every person is loved by God and worthy of respect. However, through the disobedience of Adam and Eve, sin entered the world and all humanity has fallen short of God's glory. This brokenness affects every part of life, creating a need for redemption that only God can provide.

Scripture references: Genesis 1:26–27; Genesis 3; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12; Psalm 139:13–16

We believe marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by God as the foundation of family and society. Sexual intimacy is a gift from God designed to be expressed within the context of marriage. We honor the dignity of every person, recognizing that all are created in God's image and deeply loved by Him. We seek to teach and live out biblical standards for sexuality with grace, compassion, and respect for every individual.

Scripture references: Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4–6; Hebrews 13:4; 1 Corinthians 6:18–20; Ephesians 5:25–33

We believe salvation is the free gift of God's grace, made possible through the atoning death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. No one can earn salvation through good works or personal merit. A person is saved by grace, through faith, at baptism, for good works. This means:

  • Grace — salvation is initiated by God's unmerited favor, not human effort
  • Faith — a person must believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, turning from sin in repentance
  • Baptism — the moment of salvation where a person is united with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection, receiving the forgiveness of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit
  • Good works — the natural result of genuine faith, demonstrating that salvation is alive and active in a person's life

Salvation involves hearing the gospel, believing in Jesus, repenting of sin, confessing Jesus as Lord, being baptized into Christ, and living a life of ongoing faith and obedience. Those who reject God's offer of salvation will face eternal separation from Him.

Scripture references: Ephesians 2:8–10; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3–4; Romans 10:9–10; John 3:16; Titus 3:5–7; James 2:14–26

We believe the church is the body of Christ — a community of believers who have been called out of the world to worship God, grow in faith, serve one another, and carry the gospel to the ends of the earth. The church is not a building or an institution, but a living family of people united by their faith in Jesus. Every believer is a vital member of this body, gifted and called to contribute to its health and mission.

Scripture references: Matthew 16:18; Acts 2:42–47; 1 Corinthians 12:12–27; Ephesians 4:11–16; Hebrews 10:24–25

We believe the New Testament teaches two ordinances for the church: baptism and the Lord's Supper. Baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It is the moment a person is united with Christ, receives forgiveness of sins, and is clothed with Christ. The Lord's Supper is a regular memorial of Christ's sacrifice, observed by believers in remembrance of His body and blood given for us.

Scripture references: Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3–4; Galatians 3:27; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26

We believe Jesus Christ will return personally, visibly, and gloriously to judge the living and the dead. The dead will be raised, and every person will stand before God to give an account. Those who have trusted in Christ will enter into eternal life in the presence of God, while those who have rejected Him will face eternal separation. We live with hope, urgency, and expectation, knowing that Christ's return could come at any moment.

Scripture references: John 5:28–29; Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; 2 Thessalonians 1:7–10; Revelation 20:11–15; Revelation 21:1–4
